This User Agreement defines the official usage rules and service guidelines for Nelmv. By downloading, installing and continuously using this application, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Nelmv is an exclusive iPhone portrait studio application that allows users to upload personal photos, adjust crown styles and material textures, generate unique crown portraits, and convert finished portrait works into creative short videos. The app provides a complete local creative workflow, covering photo import, AI generation, work preview, local storage and video playback. Users can start creative tasks on the Home screen by capturing real-time photos or uploading portraits from the local library, and the Create page offers built-in crown style and texture presets for personalized creation. After completing custom settings and having sufficient in-app coins, users can initiate AI generation tasks. Once AI generation is completed, users can preview crown portraits on the Result page, save finished works to the local photo gallery, share creations or delete unwanted works, and further convert qualified crown portraits into creative short videos for preview and management on the dedicated Video page.
All generated crown portraits and creative videos are automatically saved locally in the Works tab, allowing users to view, manage and organize all personal creations at any time. All creative content is stored exclusively on the user's device, and users retain full independent control over all their saved works and creative data.
Nelmv is not a free application, and all AI-powered portrait and video generation functions require in-app coins for use. Users can purchase official coin packs through Apple In-App Purchase, with all charging prices clearly displayed on the purchase page before payment confirmation. The app adopts fixed and transparent charging standards: generating one crown portrait costs 30 coins, and generating one creative short video costs 100 coins. The system will automatically verify the required generation cost and the user's real-time coin balance before executing each creation task. If the AI generation fails due to technical exceptions after coins are deducted, the consumed coins will be fully refunded to the user's account.
The Settings page supports cache clearing, feedback submission, version checking and official document viewing. Clearing cached data only deletes temporary rendering files and will not affect users' saved creations. Camera and photo library permissions are required for photo shooting, creation and work export. A stable network connection is necessary to ensure normal AI generation operations.
Users shall only upload legally authorized personal photos for non-commercial personal creation. It is prohibited to upload, generate or disseminate pornographic, violent, discriminatory or any inappropriate harmful content. Nelmv requires no account registration or login, allowing fully anonymous use without collecting any personal data. All photo processing, style rendering, texture adjustment and video synthesis are independently completed by Nelmv's self-developed AI system. The app does not adopt any third-party AI tools, cloud servers or external rendering services, and never uploads, transmits or shares users' original photos, custom parameters, cache files and finished works with external platforms. We strictly adhere to a zero-collection policy for all facial and biometric data. Our AI only optimizes visual effects and adds crown decorative overlays, without performing facial detection, facial recognition or biometric analysis. We do not collect facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising, tracking or model training. We will never sell or disclose user portrait privacy and creative data to any third-party institutions.
All creative functions and in-app purchase services provided by Nelmv are only available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their region are allowed to download, install and use this application. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from using Nelmv in any form.
We grant users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable personal license to use Nelmv on personal iPhone devices for daily portrait creation. All intellectual property rights of the application, including self-developed AI technology, built-in crown styles and texture resources, belong exclusively to Nelmv. Users may not disassemble, reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the application for commercial purposes. All creative processes rely entirely on our independent self-developed AI service, and no user facial or private data will be collected or transmitted during use.
Users shall use Nelmv for positive, healthy and legal personal non-commercial creation. Users take full responsibility for all uploaded materials and AI-generated works. Any act of using the application to create or spread illegal, vulgar, violent or harmful content is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate user access permissions for any violation of usage rules.
All original photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated crown portraits and creative videos are fully owned by the user. Nelmv does not obtain any ownership or usage rights of user creations. We will never use user works for model training, product iteration or commercial promotion, and no creative data will be transmitted to third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to optimize app functions, fix bugs and update this User Agreement according to product iteration needs. Updated terms will be published on the in-app Settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the app represents acceptance of revised terms. All updates will not change our core commitments of anonymous use, independent AI operation and zero facial data collection.
Your use of Nelmv is also governed by our official in-app Privacy Policy. All user creative data is stored locally on the device. We do not actively collect user private information and facial data, and we will never share user privacy content with external third parties.
