This Subscription Agreement serves as the official guideline that explains all subscription related rules, available membership plans, billing mechanisms, auto-renewal policies and exclusive member benefits for Nelmv. This agreement applies to all users who purchase any paid subscription service within the application. By completing payment and activating any subscription plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every term stated below.
Nelmv is a professional iPhone studio app for turning personal photos into crown portraits and creative short videos. Users can upload portraits or take real-time photos to generate customized crown-style portraits and convert finished images into creative short videos. All generative features require in-app coins; static crown portrait generation costs 30 coins per time and creative video generation costs 100 coins per time. Users can store, manage and edit all finished creations locally in the Works tab. To help users obtain more coins and enjoy exclusive privileges, Nelmv provides coin packs and multiple auto-renewable subscription plans through Apple In-App Purchase.
Nelmv does not require account registration or login. All users can use every feature anonymously without submitting personal information. All image rendering, crown style customization and video generation processes are independently completed by Nelmv self-developed AI system. The application never integrates or invokes any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers and external rendering services. Nelmv will never upload, transmit or share users' original portraits, custom parameters, temporary cache files and finished works with any external servers or third-party platforms. We maintain a strict zero-collection policy for facial and biometric data and will never collect, analyze or store users' facial features under any circumstances.
All coin purchase services and auto-renewable subscription plans offered by Nelmv are only available to users aged eighteen (18) or older. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are allowed to purchase, manage and renew subscription services. Minors are strictly prohibited from buying any paid products and membership plans inside the application.
All subscription plans provided by Nelmv are auto-renewable membership services processed officially through Apple In-App Purchase. The pricing of each subscription varies by region, and the final price, billing cycle and related renewal rules are clearly displayed on the purchase page before payment confirmation. Nelmv provides four types of subscription cycles for users to select:
Users who have purchased valid subscriptions can use the Restore Purchases function on the subscription page to recover their membership benefits on devices logged in with the same Apple ID. This function only supports restoring existing purchased records and does not support cross-account membership transfer.
All subscription plans include identical member benefits without tiered differences. Please note that subscribing to any membership plan cannot unlock unlimited generation rights. All image and video generation still consumes standard coins as regular users. No additional functional unlocks, style access or template privileges are included within any subscription package. During the valid membership period, subscribed users are entitled to the following three exclusive benefits:
All subscription plans are enabled with auto-renewal by default after purchase. The App Store will automatically charge your bound Apple ID payment method and renew your current membership within 24 hours before the subscription expiration date, unless you manually disable the auto-renewal function at least 24 hours prior to expiration.
Users can manage auto-renewal status or cancel subscriptions anytime in the Apple ID subscription settings. If you turn off auto-renewal, your existing membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused membership duration will not be provided under any circumstances.
All membership privileges and complimentary bonus coins are limited to personal, non-commercial use only. Users are forbidden to resell, rent, share or transfer membership qualifications and bonus coins to any third-party individuals or organizations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user membership access if any violation behaviors are detected.
Nelmv does not collect or store users' payment data, bank card information and transaction records. All payment behaviors are completed independently by Apple In-App Purchase. Membership status and subscription-related data are only stored locally on the user's device. Nelmv will never transmit subscription data and user private information to any third-party payment platforms and external institutions.
We reserve the right to revise and update this Subscription Agreement to adapt to product iteration and service optimization. Updated clauses will be published on the in-app Settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of subscription services after updates indicates your acceptance of revised terms. Core privacy protection regulations and fixed three-item membership benefits will not be modified arbitrarily.
