This Privacy Policy explains how Nelmv protects user data and privacy during in-app use. Nelmv is an iPhone studio app that lets users turn personal photos into crown-style portraits and convert finished portraits into creative short videos. The app delivers a streamlined creative workflow, covering photo import, style customization, AI generation, result preview, local saving and video playback.
Users start creation on the Home screen, which provides quick access to the local photo library and creative workflow. Users can capture photos via the device camera or upload portraits from the local library. On the Create page, users can select crown styles and material texture presets to customize their works. AI generation can be initiated once the user has sufficient in-app coins.
After successful AI generation, users can preview crown portraits on the Result page, with options to save works to the local photo gallery, share creations or delete unwanted works. Users can also convert crown portraits into creative short videos on the Result page and play back finished videos on the dedicated Video screen.
All generated portraits and short videos are saved locally in the Works tab. Users can tap saved images to return to the Result page or tap videos to return to the Video playback page. All creative content is stored only on the user's device, and users hold full control over their personal works.
Nelmv is not a free app. All AI portrait and video generation functions require in-app coins. Users can purchase official coin packs through Apple In-App Purchase, with all prices clearly displayed before payment.
The fixed coin consumption rules are transparent: generating one crown portrait costs 30 coins, and generating one creative video costs 100 coins. The app verifies costs and user coin balance before each generation. If a generation fails after coin deduction due to technical issues, the consumed coins will be fully refunded to the user's balance.
Nelmv strictly protects user privacy and data security. Camera and photo library permissions are only requested via exclusive Nelmv-specific prompts when users actively start creation tasks. Uploaded photos are solely used to complete the user's requested creation. Users can clear local cache files generated during AI rendering at any time in Settings, which will not affect saved portraits and videos. A stable network connection is required to support normal AI generation operations.
Users may only upload legally authorized personal photos for non-commercial personal creation. It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate or disseminate pornographic, violent, discriminatory or any inappropriate harmful content. Nelmv requires no account registration or login, supporting fully anonymous use without collecting any personal user data. All photo processing, crown style rendering, texture adjustment and video synthesis are independently completed by Nelmv's self-developed AI system. The app does not rely on, invoke or connect to any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers or external rendering services. Nelmv never uploads, transmits or shares users' original photos, custom parameters, cache files and finished works with any external platforms or third parties. We enforce a strict zero-collection policy for all facial and biometric data. Our AI only adjusts visual effects and adds crown decorative overlays, and never performs facial detection, facial recognition or biometric analysis. We do not collect, record or store user facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising, tracking or model training. Under no circumstances will we sell or disclose user portrait privacy and creative data to any third-party institutions.
All creative and coin purchase services of Nelmv are only available to users aged 18 and above. Only adult users who have reached the legal age of majority in their region are permitted to use this app. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from all app usage.
All core AI computing, image processing, style rendering and video generation technologies of Nelmv are independently researched, developed and operated by our official technical team. The entire creative calculation process runs independently on the user's local device without any participation and assistance from third-party technical resources. No user portrait data and creative information will be transmitted to external networks and servers, ensuring absolute independence and security of user data.
Nelmv does not carry out any form of facial identification, biometric detection and facial data collection. The app's AI generation logic only focuses on overall picture style optimization and decorative effect superposition, and never analyzes and identifies user facial features. All user uploaded photos are only used for single real-time creation tasks and will not be retained, copied or reused for other purposes. There is no facial data collection module built into the application, which completely protects users' facial privacy and portrait data security.
Users shall use Nelmv for positive, healthy and legal non-commercial creation. Users take full responsibility for all uploaded materials and AI-generated works. Any production and dissemination of illegal or harmful content is prohibited, and we reserve the right to terminate user usage qualifications for violations.
All user original photos, crown portraits and creative videos are stored locally on the user's personal device. Nelmv will not automatically back up user creative content to the cloud or synchronize private works to any external platforms. Users have full control authority over all local creative data. Nelmv will never actively collect user private data and portrait information, and will never share any user privacy content with third-party institutions and individuals.
We will optimize and update the Privacy Policy content according to product iteration and service upgrades. Updated clauses will be displayed on the in-app document page and take effect immediately. Continuous use of the application means recognition and acceptance of the updated policy. All updates will not change our core commitments of anonymous use, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
